As a paraplegic I always worry before heading out as you never know how people are going to treat you, so I’d like to give a big shout out to the door staff/security for making me feel welcome and like there was nothing wrong with me, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t have to stand for any longer than I had too, the bar staff were also brilliant and accommodating, the atmosphere was great and it was just overall a really nice night, thanks reflex and staff for making me feel welcome♥️ I can’t wait to come back again

Great afternoon in reflex on Saturday. The music was awesome, great atmosphere, all drinks half price between 3-8pm and the staff were amazing. Very quick service. Had a great time. Only downer was the Heineken draft had not been cleaned for a while so it had a bad taste to it and in the afternoon I just fancied a couple of pints but just went onto bottles as it was half price
Kyle is absolutely fantastic. Always smiling and ready to serve without leaving us waiting. Always will return as his service is fantastic. Nice to come to a place where customers are acknowledged as regulars.
Bar managers are very safety conscious and all staff create a welcoming atmosphere.
Would defo recommend for quick energy boost and good laughs!
If minus figures were an option this would get minus 100! I saw security man handle a girl. Then when I asked what they were doing they said that she was being horrible to me which she wasn’t and that was a lie. I felt so much for the girl and what I had witnessed that I went to talk to her to see if she was ok and tell her what they had said to me. The management and venue should be ashamed of themselves! They are a disgrace. This place is best avoided.
LOL, it was a good bar, but actions of 1 let it down...
4 of us in the short queue, doorman says to the youngest guy in our group (he is 42), he's too drunk to come in....
We had just come from Perios tex-mex , so alcohol was on the low at this point.....
Either way, 1* based on the Doorman being incompetent and having zero skills on character judgement...
Bar itself is cool though :)
This place messed me about from start to finish..
I booked a karaoke room with them for a hen weekend, they called me 2 weeks before we were due to attend to tell me it had broken and offered me a refund..
I asked to have a table there, which they did, and said if the karaoke was fixed, we could go in there for free.. i thought it was great, perfect..
we arrived at the venue to have to wait to get in for about 10 minutes, we was then let in and told someone had taken our table and they needed to clear it, that took another 10 minutes, we then got taken to our table which clearly wasnt our table as it had different reservation times on it to what we booked and where just left there, i then went to the bar to get the £120 worth of alcohol we had been refunded to have to wait another 40 minutes just to get to the bar, as it was so busy you couldnt move.
when we got to the bar, the lady told us we couldn't spend the money behind the bar and would have to wait for a manager. This took a further 20 minutes.
By the time someone came over to us, i was very unhappy and told he would bring over the table packages drinks menu, and this took another 10 minutes.. we then decided to leave as it had put a downer on all our nights.
Long story short, i wouldn't book with them unless you want to be messed around and disappointed.
I won't be returning again, shocking customer service.
